Dr. Anna-Lisa Leefers serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). She teaches Organizational Behavior and Leadership in the College of Business. Dr. Leefers has also taught at The University of Texas at Dallas and Dallas Baptist University. Her research interests include mindset theory and leadership style.

Dr. Leefers’ career in corporate America spans two decades over multiple industries including telecommunications, high-tech, and business services. Most recently, Dr. Leefers was the Director of Leadership Development for Xerox Services, and then its spin-off, Conduent. Her role focused on leadership assessment, succession planning, creating learning content and managing the global performance management system. Prior roles at Nokia and Cisco leveraged her deep background in mergers and acquisitions, compensation & benefits, and HR consulting.

Her expansive business career affords a deep understanding of the complex challenges global leaders face, while her academic career allows her to leverage the most current, rigorous research to craft practical solutions. Blending these perspectives undergirds her coaching style as she partners with clients to discover what is most important to them. As President of The Accomplished Leader, LLC., Dr. Leefers realized a long-cherished goal to pour into the next generation of leaders.
