Eric brings more than thirty years of coaching experience in various roles, dedicating the last 5.5 years to full-time coaching and training teams. He has partnered with pastors, executives, leadership teams, and CEOs across both non-profit and corporate sectors.
With a relational, thought-provoking, and challenging approach, Eric's ideal client is an achiever who possesses a strategic mindset, but requires a solid, strategic plan to accomplish high-level goals. Through personalized assessment, executive coaching and other modalities, Eric helps leaders identify priority goals for growth and impact, for themselves and for the team or organization they lead.
Eric excels at pushing, training, and coaching leaders to surpass their perceived limits. He utilizes a strengths-based approach enabling leaders to find their solutions, in their contexts, that utilize their strengths.
He also enjoys teaching topics such as CliftonStrengths, Leadership Self-Awareness, Executive Presence, and Strategic Planning.
Eric's inspiration to join TLC stems from his desire to continue to help leaders maximize their impact but to also achieve their goals in ways that are healthy and sustainable for them and for their team.
Moreover, he has devoted much of his life to training and developing leaders for both non-profits and corporate organizations. As a leader and entrepreneur, he understands the challenges and opportunities that come with leading a start-up. As a seasoned leader, Eric is well-equipped to guide leaders through periods of growth and development to achieve significant impact.
Eric lives in Huntington Beach, CA with his wife, where he enjoys his children, grandchildren, and everything ocean-related.
