With nearly half of her 25+ year career in leadership roles, Natalie’s experience has positioned her well as a sought-after coach and leadership development expert. She is passionate about helping others create strategies based on their unique talents that allow them to elevate their leadership potential and exceed their goals without compromising their well-being. Natalie partners with her clients to help them increase self-awareness, create relationships built on trust, improve their leadership adaptability, and sustain self-care, mindfulness, and resilience. As a result, her clients report increased confidence, clarity, and motivation.
In her coaching and facilitation sessions, Natalie’s calm presence and open demeanor allow clients to quickly feel comfortable and open to reflection and exploration. Natalie and her husband live in the Dallas area and enjoy traveling internationally to enjoy new experiences and domestically to visit family, including four wonderful grandchildren. Natalie is a lifelong learner and holds multiple certifications along with an ICF PCC, and an MS in Business Psychology.
