TLC's Established Leaders process empowers seasoned managers with foundational high-performing leadership skills, transforming them into leaders who can navigate change under high pressure or ambiguity while thriving. 

We support individuals stepping into their leadership with a proprietary, individualized 1-on-1 or group coaching plan where they learn to identify and listen to their mental and physical cues with expert 1-on-1 and peer support equipping them with the foundational skills of high-performing leaders who lead other high-performers.

TLC's Established Leaders coaching process is uniquely designed by a neuroscience-backed cognitive performance assessment that guides the coaching plan for each individual. During the program, participants learn the often-overlooked secret to navigating change under high pressure or ambiguity while thriving - leader energy awareness and management.

How It Works:

TLC's Established Leaders program is an ongoing program that pairs leaders with an executive coach and, in some cases, an intimate peer group of like-minded, high-performing leaders. Our 1-on-1 program is tailored to the individual’s needs, under the guidance of an intentionally-matched certified executive leadership coach. Our hybrid program is the best of both worlds fusing individual 1-on-1 coaching with the group format. Our invitation-only program, called “Leading the Dream” is for those who’ve mastered the essential skills of an established leader and are gearing up to take their skills to an executive level.
