Kevin has 20+ years of leadership experience as a senior leader across multiple industries: education, public service, and retail. He has 5+ years working at a Fortune 500 company, leading culture, brand awareness, and marketing initiatives across the U.S. Kevin also has 5+ years of combined experience as a faculty member and trainer who teaches others to coach.

Kevin enjoys providing clarity and scope to enhance vision and strategy, fine-tuning social/emotional awareness to improve conversations and relationships in the workplace, removing old labels that don’t apply to free up bandwidth, and evolving a leader’s style to who they are now.

Kevin began his career in education and transitioned into retail grocery with Trader Joe’s, where he grew through various roles – from Team Member to Trainer, Manager, and beyond. He traveled across the country to open stores, gaining experience in everything from logistics and problem-solving to hiring, fiscal projections, and team building. Throughout his journey, he worked in eleven stores and lived in four states.

After years of leadership success, Kevin discovered coaching – and it was a game changer. Coaching allows him to combine his diverse background with his passion for helping others grow. He found it incredibly fulfilling to create a safe, supportive space where clients could be themselves without the pressure of "performing" or having it all figured out.

Kevin brings experience in training, public speaking, and communication. He also works in education with a nonprofit organization. His work focuses on helping leaders align with their authentic leadership style, build confidence, and develop the skills necessary to create positive, lasting change.
