Total Brain
Total Brain is our standard onboarding assessment at TLC. It’s a neuroscience-based mental health and brain performance assessment and app that tests the 12 core brain capacities needed for maximum mental performance. The results clearly show strengths and risks within the brain, allowing for the development of an individualized growth plan while working with a skilled TLC Executive Leadership Coach.
Clifton Strengths (formerly Clifton StrengthsFinder):
Taken by over 33 million people worldwide, CliftonStrengths is a Gallup-backed assessment that reveals who someone is and what makes them unique. When pairing this assessment’s results with the training and coaching from a TLC Executive Leadership Coach, an individual will discover what they naturally do best so they can develop their most natural talents into strengths that maximize their potential.
DISC
Developed by Harvard psychologist Dr. William Moulton Marston in the 1920s, DISC measures interpersonal behavior used in workplace settings, including communication style, productivity style, and conflict management preferences. When paired with a TLC Executive Leadership Coach, the DISC assessment provides a greater understanding of how to bring an employee’s most vital talents to work while minimizing blind spots and helping teams work better together.
Kolbe A Index
The Kolbe A Index measures how someone gets things done when they are free to be themselves. It is the only validated assessment that measures a person’s conative strengths—i.e., how someone executes—a measure that has been found to change very infrequently, even when a person’s profession or position changes. When this assessment’s results are paired with coaching from a TLC Executive Leadership Coach, an individual increases productivity because they learn to focus their time and energy in ways that work best for them.

Trusted by over 75% of Fortune 500 companies, with over 11 million assessments completed worldwide, The Hogan assessments are developed with strict attention to proven psychological theory and are continuously tested to ensure validity. By analyzing your unique combination of decision-making style, values, normal personality characteristics, and derailers, we can gain an understanding of what motivates you to succeed, how you work, how well you work with others, and what is most likely to get in your way allowing your TLC Executive Leadership Coach to formulate a strategic plan customized for your leadership development.
Aside from developing leaders, the Hogan assessment can also be used for pre-hire selection, assessing safety-related behavior, and identifying high-potential employees.
LEAD NOW! 360°
The LEAD NOW! 360° Assessment enables leaders to accurately and quickly learn how their direct reports, bosses, peers, and associates assess their leadership behaviors. Participants receive a comprehensive, personalized results report once the 360° assessment has been completed. A TLC Executive Leadership Coach will review the results and help create an action plan during your coaching session, translating the feedback into measurable improvement steps.
iEQ9 Enneagram
Reserved for our most advanced leaders, the iEQ9 Enneagram is a neuroscience-backed assessment trusted by top brands worldwide, including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, KPMG, Nike, PayPal, NASA, and many more. It reveals a personality map of one’s inner world, including limiting patterns of core defenses, triggers, and fears, so guidance to one’s highest and most authentic self can be achieved. Paired with coaching from a TLC Executive Leadership Coach, an individual achieves significant, impactful, authentic change by understanding their worldview and the view of others, along with balancing their energy centers.
